Lean Cuisine Reviews

So that I don't accidentally buy anything gag worthy again...

Butternut Squash Ravioli - Ewww... The taste isn't SO horrific...but the smell of this thing makes me wanna just die! It does have lots of veggies. So that's good at least... If you can stomach them.

Ginger Garlic Stir Fry with Chicken - This is delicious! I love ginger and garlic. It doesn't taste like diet food at all. This one I'm going to be going back to repeatedly.

Chicken with Basil Cream Sauce - This one is scrumptdiddlyumptious! I've liked it for quite some time. The fact that the chicken is like .5 centimeters thick is kinda wierd, but the taste totally makes up for it.

Vegetable Egg Rol
l - The egg roll is soggy from the sauce, which isn't very good, and the rice and vegetables are totally uninteresting.

Roasted Vegetable Pizza - Yummmmmy!

LOL! I have to check and see what I bought. I have a few meals in my freezer.
I'm disappointed the butternut squash one wasn't good. I love butternut squash.

It sure looked like it should be good too, but BLECK!
My husband and I eat a lot of frozen stuff - because I'm a woman who hates cooking. Yes, it's true - I hate it.

Your research books look yummy, though.

I have not had these but I have bought the butternut squash ravioli from costco and can only stomach about three before something in my mouth is all gag reflex.... :(

I am feeling for you.

Julia: Oh well, I survived. hehehe Never gonna buy it again either! :-D
Too bad about the butternut squash ravioli. It sounded tasty and rather elegant. :-) I love ginger and garlic, so the stir-fry really sounds good.

Lean Cuisine used to make a chicken with orange sauce and sliced almonds served with wild rice that I absolutely loved. Hated when they stopped making it several years ago. Their meals seem to be pretty hit or miss, don't they?

Thanks, Lesley, for leaving that lovely, positive comment for me yesterday. I truly appreciate your support and encouragement. :-)
